Inside Sales Supervisor

Enkompass Power and Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical distribution projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final implementation and commissioning.

What is the role?

• Supervise Inside Sales Team.
• Organize and coordinate Electrical Estimators’ schedules.
• Primary point of contact for all estimator team questions or concerns.
• Assist Leadership Team in recruitment, hiring, and training of new Electrical Estimators.
• Work with sales team when closing proposal requests.
• Attend project review meetings as required.

Why You?

You have:

• A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Worked in customer service or sales for a minimum of 5 years.
• Supervised a team to drive for results.
• Great initiative.
• Spent a minimum of 5 years in the power systems industry, familiar with, for example, single line drawings, breaker retrofits and switchboard modifications.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Enthusiasm, and you enjoy building excellent customer and co-worker relationships.
• Excellent competence with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and similar tools.
