Vinita Jajware-Beatty Joins Enkompass as COO

The opportunity was a “fortuitous moment” for Jajware-Beatty, a senior exec responsible for leading brands like Brosz Group of Companies through major periods of change.

Enkompass Power & Energy Corp is excited to announce Vinita Jajware-Beatty as the new Chief Operating Officer.

Jajware-Beatty brings over 20 years of operational experience and excellence to the Enkompass Power family, and a unique perspective earned from working on high profile projects including 81 Bay Street; Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital; Ripley’s Aquarium; and the One Tower which, when completed, will be the tallest building in Canada, among others.

“Vinita has run a company (Brosz) in parallel to Enkompass throughout the last decade. Having her help lead the strategy of the team with myself and Doug (Cunningham) with her knowledge of the industry is very exciting,” says Enkompass CEO Rene Seipt.

“The possibilities of where we can take this business are endless with her leadership.”

Jajware-Beatty’s career history charts a successful trajectory, spanning a range of industries including the financial sector and arts and culture before her start in power systems engineering 12 years ago when she was brought on to head up a significant brand redirection for 38-year-old Brosz & Associates.

When the opportunity arose to join the executive leadership team as COO at Enkompass came to fruition, Jajware-Beatty considered it a “fortuitous moment”.

“What drew me to Enkompass was observing their maturity of the last 11 years and the great strides their management and leadership team has taken to establish their position within the industry, she says.

“I believe she will be a great leader and help clear up the gaps in our present process to ensure we offer a higher quality product in a timely fashion,” adds Seipt.

As part of the Executive team of Enkompass, Jajware-Beatty’s goals will be to maintain the strong collaboration and integration between the Engineering and Field Service departments and to focus on the development of policies and procedures to support and enhance existing company culture.

The company “culture” was a key draw for Jajware-Beatty in accepting the position: “Along with the elevated technical capabilities of the assembled Enkompass team and their stellar reputation within the marketplace, it was the culture, inclusivity, and teamwork that led to me joining the company. From the moment I walked through the door, it has been quite evident that the collection of professionals not only care deeply about one another and the work they perform but equally about their customers.

“It was truly like nothing else I have ever seen within the industry, where an organization’s values are so genuinely lived by all members of the team.”

Warm, welcoming, willing to listen, Jajware-Beatty puts a premium on culture and community involvement and intends to imbue her role as COO with the characteristics and qualities that have proven successful in her previous appointments.

“I’m overjoyed to be joining the company as it embarks on this next growth chapter,” she says. “I believe that we have assembled a team that will be unparalleled in the market the ability to provide niche services to enhance the overall safety and reliability of our clients’ electrical infrastructure.”
